
Samuel Tadros
Samuel Tadros is a Senior Fellow at the Hudson Institute's Center for Religious Freedom where he researches Middle Eastern politics, Islamist movements and Religious freedom.
Mr. Tadros is a professorial lecturer at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies, and a Distinguished Visiting Fellow in Middle Eastern Studies at the Hoover Institution. He resides in Centreville, Virginia.
He is the author of Motherland Lost: The Egyptian and Coptic Quest for Modernity (Hoover 2013), and Reflections on the Revolution in Egypt (Hoover 2014). Mr. Tadros’ articles have appeared in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, National Review, the Weekly Standard and Current Trends in Islamist Ideology. He has received his master’s degree from Georgetown University and his bachelor’s degree from the American University in Cairo.
