Christina Hioureas

Ms. Hioureas is a counsel in Foley Hoag’s International Litigation and Arbitration practice and chair of the United Nations Practice Group. She has experience in international investment treaty claims, international commercial arbitration and litigation, treaty drafting and interpretation, energy law and pricing disputes, international environment laws, and international human rights.

She has been recognized in Global Arbitration Review, Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. She was elected to the Council on Foreign Relations as a term member in 2016. Ms. Hioureas has served as an adjunct professor of law at Fordham University School of Law and is on the teaching staff of the University of Piraeus in the Energy Strategy, Law and Economics Program.
