Costa Sideridis is President and CEO of Ferro-Ceramic Grinding Inc., a private Massachusetts firm specializing in the manufacture of advanced ceramic materials supplying the semiconductor, medical, aerospace, defense, electronic, and microwave industries in the US and throughout the world.  Founded in 1966, the company continues to be a leading entity in the field of technical ceramics.

Costa has served as a trustee and advisor for a variety of organizations.  With regards to education, he is a trustee for the Hellenic American University 2022 to present as well as a trustee associate at St. John’s Preparatory School Danvers, MA 2023-present.

From a corporate perspective, Costa is a partner at Barton & Gray Mariners Club 2023-present, partner at Bridgemedica from 2008 to 2018, founding member of the New England CEO network from 2011 to present, trustee at the Brain Science Foundation from 2011 to present.

Furthermore, Costa has played a significant role in the promotion of Hellenism in the Boston area by serving as the president of the Alpha Omega Council from 2020-2022 while leading several committees as chairperson since 2014.  He is also Boston regional co-chair for the National Hellenic Society (NHS) 2014 to present, and a member of the Order of AHEPA, Aristidis Chapter #50, Lynn MA.

Costa is also actively involved within the Greek Orthodox Church as he was invested an Archon (2015) by the Ecumenical Patriarchate’s Order of Saint Andrew in Istanbul, Turkey, who heads over 300 million Orthodox Christians worldwide, with the offikion Protonotarios.  A founding member of The Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew Foundation, Archon regional commander for the Metropolis of Boston, co-chair of the Archon International Committee, and part of the FAITH Endowment’s Executive Education Program in Strategic Leadership and Transformative Action (SLTA), a fulfilled member of Leadership 100, a member of the Archdiocesan council of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of New York, and a council member of the Metropolis of Boston, and member of the Fellowship of Orthodox Stewards (F.O.S) in Brookline, MA.

An ardent support of youth initiatives, Costa has served as chairman of the Metropolis camp golf tournament (2016-2023) and continues to support the Boston Metropolis summer camp by heading fund raising activities.  In additional, he is parish council Vice President board member, former Stewardship chairman, and committee member of the endowment and legacy giving at the St. George parish in Lynn, MA.

Born in Montreal, Canada, Costa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering (1992) and Bachelor of Arts in Economics (1992) degrees from Rutgers University.  He resides in Salem, MA with his wife Allyson and their 2 boys.
